FOCUS Afterschool Program

21st CCLC FOCUS After School Program

"FOCUS on Excellence"

The 21st CCLC FOCUS After School Program meets every Monday through Friday. Students receive academic tutoring, homework assistance, and participate in an enrichment program with a wide variety of activities. This program is open for qualifying students in grades 6th - 8th grade in need of academic assistance. Students will participate in community service projects and field trips. There will be Saturday sessions for academic tutoring to help students pass the Georgia Milestone- End of Grade Assessment. Parent participation is a vital component of this program to aid students in their academic endeavors.

Transportation and snacks will be provided.

Parents will be notified of acceptance into the program.

This program is funded through a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant that is provided by the Georgia Department of Education.
