Congratulations Mrs. Wiggins
Hi! I’m Dedra Wiggins, your very proud Teacher of the Year. This year marks year 12 for me in education, 8 of those at YMS. I’m a mom of two sweet babies (6 & 3), and a wife to my third child, I mean my wonderful husband ;)
I absolutely love what I do! Teaching is easy to love because each day is a new adventure! I love going to work every day knowing I have the opportunity to positively impact a young child’s life. My teaching philosophy is “All children should be loved, and learning should be fun.” I believe that to my core, and am so proud to spend another year living that out in my art classroom. Thank you for trusting me with your kiddos- it’s truly an honor!
